Hello! I do recognize this guide, yes. This is an older assembly that is no longer made, but the good news is that the manufacturer suggests using the 23-093 as a substitute. I know that it looks very different, what with it having a wheel instead of a plastic bracket like your original, but figure that the function of this kind of part isn't all that complex. It's only role is to be a guide, so as long as it can slide along the same track then you should be good to go.
