Top casement window pre-2000

Question

This plate attaches to Pella pivot plate hinge shoe 39-363 or similar. The metal plate has a stud that drops into to a small plate on top of the window frame.

The metal bracket, attached to the hinge shoe, is not sold separately from the hinges, unfortunately. To repair the window, you'll likely need to replace the entire hinge.
