Thanks for posting. Without seeing a picture I can't be 100% certain, but I suspect you need our 23-079 Mirror Top Guide. Please compare.

I agree with Bob's response to your original post shown above that your part resembles the 23-079 top guide. The determining factor would be how the dimensions compare to your part. Please note that, unfortunately, we do not carry the metal bracket used with the guide so you would need to reuse the original is possible. Take a look and see what you think.
