Top guide is 1 1/2" x 7/8" bottom track is 5 1/4" wide and 6 feet long

Thanks for reaching out to us! The guide at the top of the door reminds me of the 80-045 Sliding Patio Door Guide. Take a look over the diagram to see if this is the correct fit for the door.

We do not have a direct replacement for the track but you may be able to use the 80-106 6' Sliding Glass Door Track to replace it. Take a look at our video tutorial below for an explanation on how its installed.
