Top hinge on Silverline casement window

Question

The top hinge is broken as you can see from the photos.  Silverline windows are under warranty but the company claims not to have this replacement part.

Hi there! We don't sell this exact hinge, but we do have the 36-048. This is a very versatile hinge set that can work on most types of casement window. The trick is that you have to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. That way their operation will be even. I also recommend watching the video below for a better idea of how these work.
