Top hinge to bifold closet door

I looking for a replacement part for the top hinge of a bifold closet door. The dimensions of one side of the hinge is 2.125 x 0.875 inches. The screw holes are 2.375 inches apart, about 0.375 inches from the outside of the hinge.

Greetings! Look over our 21-098 hinge. It seems a little longer than your 2.125 measurement, but I think it will still work for you. Let us know if you agree.
