Sure! For the tilt latch, see our 26-243 and 26-244 to start out. Carefully compare them to what you have now and let me know how they compare.

For the coil balance, can you show me a picture of the pivot shoe? That will act as a key of sorts and allow me to determine everything else you'd need.

Perfect, just what we needed to see. This looks like our 15-175 pivot shoe, which is compatible with our Series 152 spring. Keep in mind you only need to replace what's broken, so you can probably reuse your old shoe and covers (assuming they're in good condition, which they appear to be). If you wanted to start from scratch, though, then I'd also recommend our 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 barrel. These all snap together to form a cover for the Series 152 spring.
