Top load balance ID

This is a top load balance. 23 1/4" end to end. 9/16" x 9/16" (d & w ext.). Included are pictures. The pully hole broke at spring end. Please advise. Thank you very much.

We may be able to replace this balance, though it will have to be specially made. Before we get started, can you tell me the code printed on the metal channel? Can you also tell me how many you need?
