Top of window plastic stopper

Home Owner from Naples Florida
Hello I recently ordered window channels S377 to replace the ones which have failed in our home.....BTW they fit perfectly. Now I just realized that I need to order the attached photo. These plastic pieces screw into the top of the window and they prevent the window channel from travelling past the top of the window. Could you please help me identify these parts so I can order them. Thank you

Thanks for posting. These look like the 18-042 Pan Am Top Sash Guides, commonly seen with the Series 377 Balances. Please compare.

Thank you very much Bob, I will order these today. On another note I orderded and received (take out clips 16-023) for the same windows. I am having difficulties removing the old ones from the windows in order to replace them with the new ones. Would you have any suggestions or tips on how to do this.....a video perhaps?
Once again thank you

I am afraid we don't have a video for removal and installation of the 16-023 Take Out Clip, but I think we can help regardless. You should be able to push the clip up and use a small, slotted screwdriver to pry the bottom out. It should be that simple. Then insert the new clip in, bottom Y shape in first, then I believe you should have enough room to pop the top catch in. Use a slotted screwdriver to help snap it in. If you are still having trouble with it, just send us pictures and we'll be happy to look further.

Much appreciated Bob, I will give that a try.

Let us know if that does the trick, or if you have any other issues.
