Top pane is dirty inside

I cannot clean the top pan as the dirt is between the two glass panes. Can I replace the top pane or fix it?

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement glass or window sashes. I would recommend reaching out to a local glass shop that may be able to replace the glass and reseal the sash for you.
