Thanks for writing in! I'm sorry to say that we do not carry an exact replacement for your existing pivot bracket but our 21-200 Pivot Bracket may be worth considering as a replacement. This is compatible with our 21-401, 21-402, 21-403, and 21-404 Bifold Tracks. 

Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your bracket to determine if this could work as a replacement for you.
