looking to replace top rollers that had 00-5024. per your thread it looks like 23-222C is the current replacement. if this is so do these replacements come as a left and right for each door. These doors are from the early 2000's

The 23-222C is not handed since they attach directly to the face of the door by sliding into the edge of the frame and the wheels attach directly to the sash above it. There would be no differences in installation for left or right-opening doors besides the side of the door it attaches to. Since both sides of the 23-222C have identical tabs to attach to the frame, there is no need for an opposite-handed version.
