How do you remove the closet door from track when hung with roller assembly pictured above. I have tried removing the adjustment screw completely which made no difference. The bottom will come out but the top roller does not have enough clearance at any point along the track to be removed.

To remove the door, first raise the door from the bottom floor track. There is a bottom guide that looks like the 23-026 in the track. You may need a putty knife to compress the nylon locking pins to release it from the track. Next, raise the door and swing it towards you to unhook the top wheel from the track. Hopefully this helps.
