How do you get the old one off with out braking the mirror

To remove these guides, you will need to first remove the door from the frame and place it on a flat, stable surface. If you have enough room then the floor is ideal, but note that these doors tend to be heavy so you're going to need an extra pair of hands before you make the attempt.
Once the door is flat and stable, take a pair of needle nose pliers and grip the metal housing of the guide. Then, simply work it back and forth to unhook it from the slot. There's no trick to this, it just takes some patience and elbow grease. Keep working it out and it should eventually disconnect.
