Top sash balance catch

This is a part that is screwed into the top of a metal frame with gasket insulated window. The balance is a channel balance. If you need any more information please let me know.

This top sash guide reminds me of the 18-124P Top Sash Guide. To determine if this is the right replacement be sure to compare the specifications.

These are sold in a left and right pair.
