Top sash channel balance guide

Question

Unknown window brand. No markings on windows. I cannot seem to match mine to what is listed on your site. Hoping I'm just not seeing it or something is compatible. Top plate is 1" x 1-1/16". Retaining wings are 7/8" wide. Main channel body is 3/4" wide. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out! The top sash guide you have reminds me of the 18-204 Top Sash Guide Pair. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to confirm that these are the correct replacements.

They are only available in white.
