Top sash channel balance guide

Dear Swisco. I ordered new channel balances for my window but when I went to install them I discovered that the sash guides were also broken. I looked through the many photos on your site but did not find a match. Was wondering if you have others or a substitute that would work. Photos and dimensions of a non-broken one are attached. There are no stamps or other markings.
