No markings found. About 11/16 wide, 1-11/16 tall, 'cap' is about 15/16 x 15/16, under 'cap' is 11/16. Hole is about 3/4 below underside of 'cap'.

I believe you can use our 18-110B nylon top sash guide. The dimensions seem to match. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.
