Top sash channel guide

A home owner from Norco, Ca says:

I'm looking for the top sash channel guide and can't identify which one of your parts is the equivalent. I have also attached a picture of the stamp on the channel balance. It is approximately five eights wide and 1 3/4 tall. Can you help?

Hello, Don! I think you should consider our 18-012. Even though it's a little shorter, I think it could still work for your window.
