Top sash channel part needed

Hello I need some help identifying which part I should get for the windows. Here are the measurements in addition to the pictures 1 3/8" long and the top cap measures 7/16" by 13/16".

I was able to determine the channel balance to be S380-24 option 2330 if it helps
