Top sash for window

Hi I ordered a pair of window balancers from you but I need more parts. I believe I need the 2 top sashes for each side of the window I cannot get the balancers to stay in the guides without trying to pop up I believe that both sides of the sashes are broke

This part is called a top sash guide. We sell a ton of different kinds, but yours is too damaged to ID. Do you have an undamaged version we can see? Can you also tell me what its dimensions are?

The piece is 1 1/2" long x 5/8" wide

Thanks for getting back to us. How about the other dimensions we show for the 18-188? Do those all match up too?
