Top sash guide

Question

The sash guides (4) that I received with my order #1000911, are to big. When installed I couldn't put the sash back. I joint a picture of the one I need to replace the broken. Please send me 4 sash guide as per the picture, Couldn't not find in the catalog which one it is.

Prior to being able to offer our advisement, we would need some additional photos of the front, rear, and side view of your sash guide. In addition, we need the top cap size measurement, as well as the width and length of the body and depth. From there we can continue searching for a replacement.
