My recommendation for you would be our 18-172. It's not identical to your original but it is similar. I think it's worth at least looking at. See what you think!

I have this exact same guide. It was used as a roller guide on my XO windows too. Did you ever try the 5/8 suggested by the tech? Did it work? The only issue I see is the catch for the counter balance is 3/4" drop versus ours that is 1-1/4" drop.
