Top sash guide

Dear Sir or Ma'am, the pictures above are of my Jordan window top sash guide (on right) and the guide I bought from you (18-166 5/8, on left). I need 8 of the guides, like mine, that will work on the balances. Please help me with this issue.

I'm afraid we don't have this exact top sash guide. Look at our 18-008, 18-064, or 18-115. These are the closest matches we've been able to find. You may be able to get one to work.

Hey, just an update! We recently added our 18-199 which looks like it'd be a good replacement option. Look it over and see what you think!
