Can you identify this top sash guide please? I can find all kinds of 5/8? guides but none that are 1-1/16? long.

That is kind of a short top sash guide. It may not matter all that much, though. Can you tell me the distance between the top and the center of the installation hole? Can you also tell me the height of the top half of the guide? With that information, we may be able to narrow it down.
