Top sash guide

Question

Hello,  I bought the channel balance but the plastic part that clips into the window and prevents the channel balance from shooting out of the top of the window has broken,.  see attached photos. Thanks Brad

Thank you for your inquiry, Brad. Your top sash guide looks almost identical to our 18-171 sash guide. Confirm that all the measurements match up as well.
