I cant seem to find the correct top sash guide from your list.

Measurements included in my photos.

I recently purchase/installed 1 set of balances ( 30" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE fit perfect, thanks) and am ordering the remaining 9 sets + some replacement sash guides.

I think i found the part.
18-192 looks correct.

Hello! I agree, our 18-192 looks like a good match. The design is very similar, and while our dimensions are a little different I think you'd find that they conform pretty well if you triple check. Give your measurements another look and let me know what you think.
