Top sash guide

A home owner from California says:

Just ordered and received my channel balances. Perfect size etc, thanks. But it appears the top sash guides are broken on a number of my windows. Didn't know it until I tried to put my window in place and it wouldn't hook into the channel balance. So I need some new top guides. I sent pictures and a goofy drawing with measurements. I know this is a giant ask for a few cheap pieces but I need your help. You can call me on my cell or just email or text the part numbers so I can order them. There are no markings or numbers.

Hey Pam. I believe our closest match to this Top Sash Guide is the 18-166 or 18-009. Neither is an exact match of the dimensions you show, but I'm pretty confident either could work for you. Compare both to your old guide and see what you think. And your drawing was not at all goofy--thanks for the thorough information!
