Just ordered and received my channel balances. Perfect size etc, thanks. But it appears the top sash guides are broken on a number of my windows. Didn't know it until I tried to put my window in place and it wouldn't hook into the channel balance. So I need some new top guides. I sent pictures and a goofy drawing with measurements. I know this is a giant ask for a few cheap pieces but I need your help. You can call me on my cell or just email or text the part numbers so I can order them. There are no markings or numbers.
