Top sash guide

Top sash guide on a non pivot SH window. OAL: 3.1875"; OAW: 1.5"; OAH: .625".
No part numbers anywhere. An "R" located on bottom side, seems to be etched. 2 fastener holes. Original windows, 90's era.

Any help would be great.
