Top sash guide

Question

What part is this on your website? I have your S350-21 channel balance but the top sash guides listed for that don't quite look like mine. I would say all of my top sash guides are broken in my house so it's hard to get a picture of a whole on. The top is broken off in most of my photos but it's a flat top not beveled and it's kinda L shaped.
