Top sash guide

Reached out to you guys about a year ago. The guide suggested by one of your associates is a little too large. The top "hook" extends 11/16". This extra depth prevents one channel balance from getting past angle. And the one side that does get past the angle extends above the top of the lower window. Is there something else that would work? I can pre-drill holes into the sash guide to make it line up correctly with the window. I can also file down the sides of the width of it is more than the 5/8" using a grinder.
