Can you help id this top sash guide?
I will also need balances (BSI 2640)and sweep locks for 5 aluminum single sash windows. But a am pending on find this part...

I'm afraid I don't know what top sash guide you need. In order to help, I will need you to remove an undamaged version of the original and show me a clear picture of its front and side. Think of it like a mugshot. Dimensions would also help. 

I would also require photos of the balance and lock, but I understand if you want to get the top sash guide ID'd before we move on those. Just letting you know ahead of time that photos will be necessary in all cases.
