Can you help me to identify the correct sash guide for the top of the window sash. I am also ordering the Chanel balance s385

It's tough to say since your top sash guide is damaged. Can you show us an undamaged version removed from the sash?

I checked all the windows and they have similar top sash.

We believe your top sash guide was discontinued, but take a look at our 18-009. You'll just have to trim the top overhang part to fit in the sash. Compare our dimensions to yours to see what you think.
