Hello, Robert. I'm afraid I don't recognize what you have from these photos. That tape measure is actually blocking a lot of important details. Can you show me a clear picture of the top sash guide without it? I specifically need to see it from the front and side. Think of it like a mugshot.

Thanks! The best match in our inventory appears to be our 18-015. It's very close to yours, though not exact. Look it over and see if you think you can get it to install regardless of the evident differences.
