Thanks for reaching out! You are showing the old and discontinued snap latches. We suggest our black 26-193 and 26-194 screw on top tilt latches as a replacement. Keep in mind you will need to drill installation holes in to the frame to install these to the top of the frame. You'll need to exercise caution when drilling the holes so that you do not damage the frame or the glass in the window.
