I am having trouble finding a guide that marches. Do you know which one or is there another that will work? W- 5/8 , D- 716 L-1 1/4 hole 7/8 from top, top w 1" to 1 1/16

Unfortunately we do not have an exact match for this top sash guide. The closest we can provide is the 18-190, but I am hesitant it will be a direct fit based on the dimensions provided and the location of the installation hole. Take a look and let us know what you think!

Lauren,

The 18-190 worked great with just a minor adjustment.

I am ready to order some 3830 balances but I dont see a difference in the 350, 390, 395, 370, etc..series.

As for the balances, are you able to show us the top and bottom nylon attachments of your balance? The Series are very similar, but come down to the style of these attachments. Thank you!

I have it narrowed to S390 or S351.

I agree with your assessment. The main difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom shoe attachment. Please review and compare below to determine the best fit.

The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 39" and you will need a 3830 stamp option.
