Top sash guide

Question

I had ordered these in the past but I think I had to "modify them to fit my sash. I have a photo of one of the originals installed in my window. One has failed and I would want to replace both.

Hey there, thanks for reaching back out to us! You are correct, you will need to modify the replacement guides for the window repair.

You'll need to use the 18-171 Stepped Sash Guide and to cut it down to match the size of the original.
