P.S. The very center piece (circled in orange in the one photo) has a little lip that juts out, presumably to act as a catch. Thank You!

Your top sash guide looks very similar to the 18-201 top sash guide. The dimensions are also very close to ours but review the specifications below to confirm if this could work for your application. Thanks for posting.
