Top sash guide

Question

I have looked at your top sash guides and the 18-110 seems to resemble the old sash guide with one significant difference.The screw hole for all of your sash guides seem to be in the section farthest away from the cap. My sash guide has the screw hole in the section near the cap. Am I looking at this wrong? I am also ordering the series 385 (2230) spring balances for my windows. Bottom plastic guide is 1 and 3/32.
