I ordered and received channel guides from Swisco recently. When I tried to install them, I discovered that one of the top sash guides was broken, and the sash wouldn't operate properly. In the sash guide I have, there are only two screws, at 1 1/6" (it might be 1 1/8") and 1 5/8" from the top. Is this a part you have?
