Can you help identify this? I don't know the window manufacturer. The windows were installed in 2001.

Hi Paul, It does look like the 18-166 top sash guide except that mine is solid at the top and the 18-166 is open. Does that matter?

I think you should be okay. I assume you only use the one hole at the bottom for installation, so as long as that hole's position matches I see no reason why ours can't install the same way.
