5/8" wide, top is 1 3/16" wide, length is 1 13/16"(top to bottom). We can't match it with anything on your website. Can you help?

Thanks for posting. This top sash guide looks a lot like our 18-192. See what you think.
I'm afraid the stamp alone does not tell us what balance it is you have. The 18-192 is used by Lawson windows, so the S385-30 may be what you want, but I cannot be sure. Without seeing the original there is no way to confirm.
