Top sash guide ID

Question

In the pictures attached, on the left is the top sash that has been broken and only shows the remains of what it looked like, and on the right is 18-009 : 5/8" Top Sash Guide that i purchased from you guys (order#996331) in hopes that it would fit on my window. It did not.

i noticed that the top sash i need has some grooves in the back. also it is less thicker then the 18-009 bit the same width. and also i noticed that on my top sash, the bottom screw hole is about 1/16 (rough estimate) lower then the 18-009. If you need any additional pics please ask. Thank you in advance !!

Thanks for the detailed information. We appreciate that. Try seeing if our 18-166 top sash guide could make a better match for you. Look over the measurements and dimensions and see if they align to yours. If they differ, tell us how.
