Hello, this is a top sash guide from a SunAir window. Can you tell me which part replaces this?

I've tried to be as exact as possible on the measurements.

Hello again, Tony. The closest match we have for this top sash guide is our 18-036, though it's not exact. Do you think you could get this to work? You may need to drill a hole in the top portion, since ours does not have a hole in the same spot as yours.
