It's tough to say what might replace this without dimensions, but compare your top sash guide to our 18-008 or 18-188. The critical dimensions are the width, the depth, and the hole placement. See what you think!

5 3/4 long top square is 2 1/3 X 2 2 1/4 x 2 1/8

I'm sorry... I don't understand those dimensions. What measurement system are you using, metric or imperial? We need the length of the top sash guide, as well as the width and depth.
