Top sash guide identification

A quick learner from Texas says:
Through another post on your site, I found that this called a top sash guide. You have so many though, I'm not sure how to find replacements. Can you help? Thanks!

Hello,

Take a look and compare the dimensions of the 18-174 top sash guide to an undamaged part. Thanks for posting!

This looks about right, except that the smaller hole in mine is an oval instead of circle. Will that make a difference in installation? Thanks again!

Casey from SWISCO responded:

That should be fine as long as the dimensions match and the installation hole in your sash is centered to align with our guide. If you decide to give them a try and run into any issues, our return policy can be found here
