Top sash guide identification

Through another post on your site, I found that this called a top sash guide. You have so many though, I'm not sure how to find replacements. Can you help? Thanks!

This looks about right, except that the smaller hole in mine is an oval instead of circle. Will that make a difference in installation? Thanks again!
