Top sash guide is broken on window

Question

Our balance broke and I just ordered the Series 380 Channel Balance 37 inches option 3650. We found that the white cap in the picture above that clips to the top of the balance also broke and I need to order 2 of those as well. Can you help me determine what that piece is called and which one works with the balance I ordered? Thanks!
