Top sash guide replacement

I am the need of one of these,  but can't find the correct size.

Hello,

We believe you can use 18-008 top sash guide as a replacement. The width is 5/8" and depth is 9/16". Please compare our dimensions to yours to be sure that this will make a good replacement. Thank you!
