Perhaps our 18-188 top sash guide could work in place of your existing sash. Take a close and let us know if this will work.

Thank you we ordered some. Prior to this we ordered 27" Series Channel Balances Option 2650
We received them and put them in, they fit good but window is very very hard to close we are wondering what to do and is there another that would close easier, Thank you

If the window is hard to close, there could be a couple of reasons as to why this is happening. The first reason that comes to mind is that may be the spring is not the correct spring to support that sash weight. You may want to remove the sash from the window, weigh it, and get back to us with that number. The only other reason I could think of is that the channel balance may have been installed incorrectly. Take a look at the video below to ensure that you followed the proper guidelines when installing these replacement balances.
