Top sash guide replacement

Not able to find any name or number, but I looked on the catalog and the closest part I could find was 18-176. The measurements on the top are 1 1/8 by 5/8 with a length of 1 1/4. These measurements are + and -.

We actually have been trying to locate this top sash guide for quite some time now. We are glad to see some photos of this guide with detailed measurements as it is very helpful to us. I am actually leaning towards our 18-138 as making a better fit your sash. It does have aligners at the bottom of the guide for the channel balance. What are your thoughts on this part?
